Shipping Coverage

Maher Outfits offers free shipping to the countries available at checkout. We do not charge a shipping fee. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included and may be payable by the customer under DDU terms.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking Activation

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all orders are considered final.

If an order cannot be cancelled, you may still request a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Delivery Exceptions and Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Attempt redelivery, or
Leave your parcel at a local pickup point.

You will receive instructions on how to collect your order.

If delivery is refused, any return shipping costs or additional fees may be deducted from your refund.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be settled upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking your country’s import and customs regulations before placing your order. If you need help understanding these charges, our Customer Service Team is happy to assist.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments from Maher Outfits are fully insured.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@maheroutfits.com.

We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we will either send a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@maheroutfits.com within 24 hours of placing your order (or before it’s processed).

We will do our best to update your address before dispatch.
