At Maher Outfits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Return & Exchange Process

Include your order number, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos of the item.

2. Approval & Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization before you ship the item.

3. Ship the Item

Return instructions will be provided after approval. Please do not ship items without authorization.

Return Costs

Customer Responsibility: If returning due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer pays for return shipping.

Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for size, color, or item replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending back your item.

Specific Scenarios

Change of Mind / Cancellations: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as orders are processed for dispatch. Once this period has passed, the return or exchange process must be followed.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@maheroutfits.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Product Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will send the correct item at no extra cost.

Item Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, check your tracking details first. If still unresolved, contact us for assistance.

No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparency—no restocking fees apply to any returns or exchanges.
