How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Maher Outfits offers free shipping to the countries available at checkout. We do not charge a shipping fee. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included and may be payable by the customer under DDU terms.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and can no longer be cancelled.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe, major credit cards, debit cards, and supported digital wallets. Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected using SSL encryption and processed through Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant payment system. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Maher Outfits will cover the return shipping cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
